Steam Sterilizer User Manual 2

III. Structure Characteristics

1. The sterilizer component by container, lid, pipe. control system, heating system and safe systems etc.

2. The structure of the unit is a single layer cylindrical body. Its design, manufacture and inspection are strictly operated in accordance with the State Standards of Utilization Safety of Pressure Vessel (see the Quality Certificate for the details).

3. The lid is pressed once, the lock type is by screw, safe and reliable.

4. The pipe structured by electric valve and manual water release valve, the valves reliable on movement.

5. The outline of the unit is quadrate. The displays and the control switches are centered on the controller board in the front of the unit. It is convenient.

6. The control system adopted microcomputer full automatically program processing, digital display the program.:

1)Touch panel: sterile temperature, time, exchange temperature be adjustable and with memory function.

2)A steam pressure stabilizer is used, the range is 0~134℃ to sterilize different objects.

3) Sterile time range 0~99hour59second be selected, when the chamber’s temperature reached the setting value, the timing auto in back way, after sterilizing, it cut off the power and alarm automatically.

4) Sterile exchange temperature range 0~110℃, for better release the cool air in chamber, and make sure the sterilizing more complete and more safety.

7. The electricalheated elements of the unit are immersion tubes AC220v with high heating effect. It should be grounded reliably.

8. with over temperature, over pressure and lack water protection device:

1) Open type safe valve, normal it is close, when the pressure inner go over the limited, the safe valve auto open and release the steam, until the pressure back to normal it will close again for safety use.

2) With water level device, if no water or water lack occur, the alarm sound.

3) With over load protector, it will auto cut off power when short circuit, over voltage.

9. The main body is made of good quality stainless steel, and has the features of anti-corrosion, easy maintenance and long service life.

IV. Operation procedure

I).The preparation and inspection before use

(I)Use condition

1、single phase220(1±10%)V AC,50(1±2%)Hz

2、environment temperature:5℃~40℃

3、moisture:≤80%RH

4、air pressure: 0.07 MPa~0.106 MPa

(II)Prpare

1、Power supply data conform to product requirement. Single phase (AC220V, 50Hz)

2、Make a reliable earth connection.

3、The binding of dressing and textile can not be too tight

4、Certain amount of sterilization indicator (chemical indicating piece or biologic indicating piece)'

II)operation in course

(I)Panel

See Fig.2:

key operate and display:

1、Key

设定set ------ set sterile temperature/ sterile time/ exchange temperature and data check in the course

Set exchange temperature (0~110 ℃)/ sterile temperature (0~134 ℃)and sterile time (0~99hour59sec.)

▲ ------ increase

For data increase & reset in the course.

▼ -------decrease

For data decrease & reset in the course

启动start ------start work

For start sterile cycle.

2、display

top nixie indicator------ temp. screen & data set

Display real chamber temperature and data set

Low nixie indicatie --------- time screen & data set

Display real sterile time and data set value

周期指示cycle indicator ------ indicating cycle every program

Include prepare pilot, temperature rise pilot, sterile pilot and end pilot.

水位指示 water level indicate------ indicate instant water level

Include high level and low level pilot.

On Low level, the low pilot light; high level the high pilot light, medium, the light flash.

Break circuit switch

On the side lower, for standby state when the power on.

On the side lower, for release the water.
