The tablet hardness tester is used or in a vibrating environment for a long time, it may cause the measurement results of "hardness" and "diameter" to be inaccurate. In this case, it is necessary to calibrate the instrument. A mandatory diameter calibration will be performed after the hardness calibration, as the removal of the gravity sensor will affect the diameter measurement.
I. Hardness calibration
1. Remove the screws at the bottom of the tablet hardness meter and disassemble the bottom plate.
2. Use a hexagonal screwdriver to disassemble the gravity sensor fixing device, take out the gravity sensor and place it with the extruded side facing up.
3. Log in administrator account, click on the "Settings and Queries" button to enter the settings and queries interface, and click on the "Hardness Calibration" button to enter the hardness calibration interface.
4. Keep the gravity sensor stationary and click the "Take Value" button.
5. Keep the gravity sensor stationary, place the weight on the extruded side of the gravity sensor, release your hands to keep the weight stationary, and click the "Take Value" button.
6. Click "Save and Jump" to complete the hardness calibration.
II. Diameter calibration
1. Make sure the gravity sensor is correctly and firmly installed.
2. Click the "Start/Pause" button for full stroke measurement.
3. After the motor returns to the initial position, place the diameter calibration block with the digital side facing up against the extruded side of the sensor.
4. Click on the "Start/Pause" button and the lab tablet hardness tester will make a reference stroke measurement.
5. After the motor has returned to its initial position, click on the "Save" button and the hardness tester replaces the new parameters of the stroke and the calibration is complete.
