III. Things to be paid attention to when the sampling time is up

1. Use a syringe with a corresponding curved needle and a needle pad, insert through the sampling hole on the lid into the cup to extract the sample.

2. The curved needle and needle pad are designed so that the end of the needle is at the sampling point specified in the Pharmacopoeia.

IV. After dissolution experiment

At the end of the dissolution experiment, raise the head of laboratory dissolution tester, turn off the rotating rod and the temperature control state, and turn off the total power switch. Unscrew the clutch, remove the rotating rod, wash, dry, and store them in the accessory box. Other accessories should also be kept clean and properly stored. Take out the dissolution vessel, pour out the residual liquid, clean it, and store it for later use.
